A unique training facility combining Functional Fitness in a DEKA & HYROX training format daily in our small group or guided individual Cross-Training Classes.

We offer Body Transformation and Strengths/ Performance Training in Personal Training and Group Class formats.

​

Members also receive 24 hours access to our gym for Independent Training using our unique Training Guidance.

A diverse gym, that started off as a garage / home gym in Libertyville with a friendly family-like environment. 

 

Our clients are our friends and athletes; our trainers and coaches are facilitators and motivators. Our group training classes comprise of diverse personalities with all different level of fitness.
